yewscripts.com collects minimal data. You can browse the site without an account. Signing in through our payments partner, Whop, is only required to access purchases and downloads — see Section 3 below. The only personal information we collect directly is your email address if you voluntarily submit it (see Section 1a below) or information you send us when you contact support.

1a. Email Collection

If you submit your email address through an email capture form on our site, we collect and store that email address to send you promotional offers and product updates. This is entirely voluntary. We use Resend as our email delivery provider. You can opt out at any time by replying to any email with "unsubscribe" or by contacting us at biz@yew.gg.

1b. Contact & Support Submissions

If you contact us or submit a form on yewscripts.com, we may collect the following personally identifiable information (“PII”) as part of that process:

Your name or handle
Your email address
Your IP address at the time of submission
The timestamp of your submission
Any files, descriptions, and media you voluntarily submit

This information is stored in our Supabase database and used solely for: responding to your request, communicating with you about it, and maintaining records required for legal compliance (including DMCA). We do not sell this data. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting biz@yew.gg — deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Note that agreement acceptance records may be retained for legal compliance purposes even after other data is deleted.

1c. DMCA Notices

If you submit a DMCA takedown notice by email to dmca@yew.gg, we collect and store the personal information you provide (name, email, address, phone, and electronic signature) as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c). This information is used solely to process the notice and is retained for legal compliance. It is shared with the content provider identified in the notice as required by law.

2. Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand aggregate traffic and site performance. These tools collect anonymized, aggregate data — page views, referrers, device and browser categories, general geographic region, and performance timings. They do not use cross-site tracking cookies and do not build individual visitor profiles.

3. Payments & Account Data

All purchases on yewscripts.com are processed through Whop, our payments partner. When you make a purchase or sign in to access your downloads, Whop collects and processes your payment information, account details, and transaction data. We receive only what we need to verify your ownership of purchased products — we do not have direct access to your payment card details or billing information.

4. Cookies

Our website uses functional cookies to keep you signed in after you authenticate through Whop. We also use the Google Ads tag, which may set cookies to measure ad conversion (whether a visit resulted from one of our ads). We do not use third-party tracking cookies beyond this conversion measurement.

5. Third-Party Services

Our website integrates with the following third-party services:

Whop — payment processing, sign-in, and product delivery
Vercel — website hosting, analytics, and performance monitoring
Google Ads — conversion tracking and advertising measurement
Supabase — database storage for support submissions and account-linked records
Discord — if you connect your Discord account for member perks, Discord processes your login data per their privacy policy
Resend — email delivery for receipts and users who subscribe to updates

6. Data We Do Not Collect

To be clear, yewscripts.com does not:

Collect email addresses except when voluntarily submitted or provided through your Whop account
Run unsolicited email marketing or share email lists with third parties
Sell, rent, or share any data with third parties for advertising
Store any payment or financial information

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are available to users aged 13 and older with parental consent for those under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the limited data collected through our site. Our website is served over HTTPS and hosted on Vercel's secure infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
