Notice of Infringement

If you believe that content on yewscripts.com infringes your copyright, submit a notice of claimed infringement by email to dmca@yew.gg. To be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and its URL or other location on yewscripts.com so that we can locate it.
Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.

Universal Music Corp., 815 F.3d 1145 (9th Cir. 2016)).

Notices that do not comply with all of these requirements may not receive a response. Upon receipt of a complete, valid notice, yewscripts.com will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the identified material. Warning: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that content or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages — including costs and attorneys’ fees — incurred by the alleged infringer, the content provider, or yewscripts.com. Counter-Notification

Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Yew LLC may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original infringement notice.

Repeat Infringers

Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), yewscripts.com maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
